I just wanted to update you on my last deal. It is closing today. I am so excited. I was able to help a long time friend, from school, get out of her current living situation, and get a new life going. I am so thankful that she chose me. These are the times that you really love being a Realtor. Times when you are truly helping others, and not out there just to get the next deal. I love seeing people happy and moving forward in life. Funny how a change of sceenery, or town can do that. I wish much success to My dear friends and clients. Enjoy!

Earl ~ truly, that is waht we realtors do everyday for people. We help them with the future. We help them get the home they truly desire and help people live the American dream of homeownership.
I know what you mean Earl. These are times when we can really help people and the money may not be much but the reward comes from helping someone in a tough situation.
Great to hear some postive news for a change in this dismal market! Thank you for sharing and bringing the human element back into the business. I hope that your success continues :)
Nick, I agree, but sometimes we forget it, when we are scrambling for the next deal. We tend to focus on us. We have to remember that it isn't about us, but the client and that their best interest is being taken care of first. Blessings
Pat, Helping others and being their for them is the greatest reward of all. Money fades, but friendships are forever.
Cynthia, thank you, and back at ya.
Hi Earl, Your friend is lucky to have an agent like you as a friend! I'm sure you're making her transitional an easy one.
Great job Earl the Pearl. Many blessings to you and your friend. God Bless
Closings are good. But what we do for someone above and beyond is so much better.
Cynthia, I tried to. I am sorry it took me so long to reply. Thank you for the comment. Take care.
Nick, my brother, How are you. I was gone for a while, but I am back. She has been having a time with personal issues, but they have the house. May God keep them and bless them. Thank you.
Robert, my friend, I agree. Thank you. Blessings
