| I guess that the news last night really affected me. I was very saddened and upset. I posted about a dog that was set on fire. Than I saw a story about a 90 year old man who is missing a friend of 60 years. It was so sad watching him talk about his friend. My heart went out to him. His friend, wasn't a human, but his turtle. He had this turtle for over 60 years. Somehow the gate got left open and the turtle got out. The turtle was seen outside by two neighbor girls. Then someone pulled up and told the girls that the turtle was hers, and she took it. Why would someone lie and take this old man's friend? What an awlful thing to do. This old man is crushed. I hope this person grows a conscience. Thank you for bearing with me. Earl |
