What you think about grows; What you give energy to expands.

Very thought provoking.  Think of your mind as a garden.  What you plant, feed (water and fertilizer and other nutrients), allow in the sun, will come to be what grows from that little seed.   What you plant is what you think about primarily, how you see yourself, others, God, situations, and how much importance you place on them.  What you feed your mind is things you think, read, talk, watch and do.  What you do when you allow it in the sun, is talking it out load, giving it life in you mind, feeling it, believing it, visualizing it.  Could be how you talk about yourself, others, your situation, etc...  What grows is the manifestion and the tangible reality of what you grew.  Positive can only attract and grow positive, and negitive can only become more negative. 

If you think it you can be it.  You have to think it, visualize it, believe it, feel it, and expect it.    You notice I said think first and talk about your mind first.  Everything starts with a thought.  Nothing has ever been created or come to life without a thought to start it off.  So, this means you have to start there and work outward to have any real changes.  You can not change others and others can not change you.  If you have dreams that you haven't received, maybe you need to change how you look at them and change how you think and feel about them.  You can have, be, and do whatever it is you want, but you have to follow the steps in the beginning of this paragraph.
