I have a hard time getting enough sleep.  I sleep 4-5 hrs a night.  Last night I got 7, but I stayed home and did nothing today. 

What do you do to make sure  you get a good night sleep, so that you are ready for the next day?  How do you relax before bed and empty your head so you can fall into a deep sleep? 

I go to bed at 1-2am and get up at 6 am.  I know I need to force myself to go to bed earlier. 

I am sure I am not the only one who does this.  We need your help.

A quiet sleepy town  that I love to call home.  I moved here in 99.  I sold Rainbow vacuums when I first got here.  Rosmond had an Albertsons, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Fosters and Chucks Pizza.  There wasn't much else here that I recall. 

Now, we are growing up.  We now have a Dominos, Subway, a coffee drive thru, Crazy Ottos, Auto Zone, Toms is about to open, Jack in the Box, ect.  We also have 6 new housing tracks with a couple more in the talks. 

It is still a small town, but close to all the Lancaster and Palmdale has to offer.  We have everything over in Palmdale.  And it is 20 minutes from here.  You don't even hit traffic until you get off on 10th St W around the mall.  Yes, we have a mall.

I am going to take a break from this and Real estate talk .  I am going to go cook a turkey right now.

Right now I have a big headache, maybe too many hours on here. Haha  JK

How do you handle stress?

We all have alot of stress in our lifes, with family needs, businees, friends,clients, home needs, our own needs, traffic, cars, health, ect....  How do you get perspective back and not let stress just completely run your life? 

 I am still learning to do this.  I step back and try to prioritize what I have to do or worry about and get those done.  However, I have been known in the past to do all the little stuff and procrastinate on the big and then stress out about it. 

What are great stress relievers for you who have families and stringent time requirements?  I really would love to hear.  Thank you

If you have read any of my posts, you know my life has alot of ups and downs, but one thing I have learned is that you have to keep getting back up after life knocks you down.  Try to fall forward when you fall.  It takes too much of your energy to be pissed off and be negative.  Being positive generates positive things to happen in your life.  Negitivity breeds hopelessness and despear.  Don't get me wrong I have a great wife, family, friends (including you all) good paying job I don't like much anymore ( but I love my customers), and a fantastic career that I am trying to build.  My family is fully behind me supporting what I do.

Remember, "If it's to be , it's up to me",  "I control my attitude", "Put on your overalls and go to work"," Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what  you're going to get." "When life gives you lemons, make lemonaide",ect....

I was working on a positive thinking book a few years back.  I will have to find it and maybe post more positive thoughts.
